We have determined that the White Willow used in the production of this lot of product (698278) is contributing the odor being detected. Unfortunately, white willow can have an extremely strong, objectionable odor in its natural state, and this is being imparted to the product.

This in no way means the starting material or finished product is bad or has changed, it is a simple result of utilizing a naturally unpleasant smelling ingredient. We are limited in what can be done to mask this odor and still maintain a natural product profile, but we are looking into methods of trying to control it more effectively.
